Thursday Sail

Starting in 2024, the Tallinn Yacht Club, in cooperation with Haven Kakumäe, is organizing a weekly sailing regatta called Thursday Sail. As the name suggests, the race takes place on Thursdays, starting after the workday ends and typically reaching the harbor before sunset.
To participate in the Neljapäevaring, you don’t need to be an experienced sailor or own a racing yacht. All offshore yachts with people on board who know how to operate a watercraft are welcome to join. Therefore, this is more of a hobby and recreational competition, aimed at developing sailing skills and enjoying time together.
Even if you can’t participate with your own vessel initially but would like to get out on the water, it’s worth reaching out. Many of the participating yachts might occasionally need an extra hand. See you on the water!
